What drives Quebec prices

Quebec City is the provincial capital and a St. Lawrence port. Refining sits across the river at Lévis. Highways 20 and 40 run the main corridors through the market. The port handles St. Lawrence freight, and the capital role keeps government traffic steady. Carriers passing between Montreal and points east route through this market. It is the anchor of eastern Quebec freight, tied to the river and to the road network that radiates outward from the capital. Heavy river and highway traffic both run through this city.
